1. Shipping Regions

We currently ship to the following regions:

  • Canada
  • Mexico

If you are located in the EU, you can order from our Germany site at www.inateck.de, which offers local delivery within Germany.

If your country is not listed above, please email us at support@inatack.com and we will do our best to assist you.

2. Shipping Fees

We offer free shipping to the Continental United States. The following table summarizes our shipping options and rates:

For orders to other countries, the shipping fee depends on the product amount and quantity. The exact shipping fee will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

Please note: We do not offer free shipping to certain subsidiary islands of the United States, including the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, and the Hawaiian Islands. Some remote areas (including military districts) or bulk items (such as Tomons lamps) may incur additional charges. The specific cost depends on the standards of the courier companies used.

3. Customs Tax and VAT

For U.S. customers, there is no tax or duties on orders.

For customers outside the U.S., import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping charges, and we are not responsible for them. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties and taxes. For small or low-value items, there may be no tax in practice. For more information, please check with your country's customs office to learn the tax threshold and the exact charges that may apply.

4. Delivery Time

After your order and payment are confirmed, we usually dispatch your parcel within 1–2 business days. It typically takes about 3–5 business days for the parcel to reach you, depending on the shipping method selected.

We use FedEx, USPS, or UPS to ensure safe and speedy delivery.

6. Shipping Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact our customer service team by email at support@inatack.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Otherwise, the item will be shipped to the original address, and you will need to contact the carrier directly to arrange a redirect.

7. Shipment Tracking

Once your parcel has been shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number and a tracking link. You can use this information to check the status of your shipment at any time. If you do not receive this email, please contact our customer service team.

8. Shipping Issues

If you receive a wrong item or find that an item is missing from your order, please contact our service team within 7 days of the issue occurring. We will correct any order errors as soon as possible.
