Terms & Conditions — Inateck Anniversary Giveaway

1. Organizer
The giveaway is organized by Inateck Technology Inc. ("Inateck"), operator of the online shop inatack.com. Full organizer details can be found in our imprint.

2. Entry Period
October 13, 2026, 00:00 ET to November 5, 2026, 23:59 ET. The time your order is received is decisive.

3. Eligibility
Open to individuals aged 18+ residing in the United States who place an order on inatack.com during the entry period. Employees of Inateck and their family members are excluded.

4. How to Enter
Every non-cancelled, non-returned order placed during the entry period is automatically entered. No separate registration required. Each order counts as one entry.

5. Prize & Winner Selection
One order per calendar day is drawn at random from that day's eligible orders and refunded in full (including shipping costs).

6. Winner Notification & Announcement
Winners are notified via the email address provided at checkout and announced every Tuesday on the Inateck blog and @inateck_official on Instagram in anonymized form. Winners of the final week (November 3–5, 2026) will be announced on November 10, 2026.

7. Winner Requirements
Winners must reply to the notification email within 48 hours and publish a public social media post with the official event hashtag #Inateck14Years. Failure to respond in time voids the prize.

8. Prize Fulfillment
After customer service confirms the reply and post, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 3 business days.

9. Exclusions
Orders fully cancelled or returned before refund are excluded. Inateck reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate these terms or manipulate the process.

10. Early Termination
Inateck reserves the right to end or modify the giveaway early for good cause.

11. Privacy
Personal data is used solely for administering the giveaway and deleted afterwards unless legal retention obligations apply. See our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law; no cash alternative except as stated.
